Fishing In Aroostook County
We’ll spend the first two days on a series of remote ponds deep in the North Maine Woods known for the brook trout and Arctic charr that hold in their deep, cold waters. We’ll head back to the field school on the second night, then be up and out early on day three for some streamer fishing in a larger river.
The trip will be a nice balance of remote pond and larger river fishing. We’ll explore the ponds by canoe, and will also float the river by canoe.
